This is a gorgeous French, Louis XV side table. It has ornate, brass embellishments, a brass finial and super-slender, delicate, doe-legs. It casts a graceful and willowy shadow—perfect for highlighting a vase, lamp or statue! The inlaid marquetry is very striking, with a flute and tambourine taking center stage, while a floral design encompasses the outer edges.

There is no missing veneer or brass decor, there is one nail (out of two) on one of the doe legs (see pic), but I chose to leave it alone, as the brass decor is held in place by its top nail. The last picture shows a small repair that was made to one of the inside, uppermost part of a leg. It does not show from the front and it follows the grain of the wood. less
