Plique a jour enamel is embedded into the fish pendant and chain. The enamel is in very good condition and free of cracks or chips.

The beautifully detailed necklace highlights a large fish pendant (attached to the chain) and smaller fish embedded into the chain. The translucent plique a jour enamel (a French term for "letting in daylight") glows in natural sunlight. Similar to stained glass windows the fish lights up in a beautiful rainbow display of colors. Weighing 49 grams the necklace has a weighty feel to the touch. The chain measures 26 inches in length and is great worn alone as a statement piece or layered to create a truly memorable look.

The necklace is in very good original condition and was recently lightly cleaned and polished.
