Incredibly rare Gustav Emil Ern 10" Bread Knife in immaculate, unused old stock condition.
These full tang stainless steel bread knives were manufactured in the late 1980's in Solingen Germany with a very limited number of knives imported to the United States.
The cutting edge is pristine and measures approximately 10", the overall length of the knife is a hair over 15".
We purchased a small mixed old stock lot of these Gustav Emil Ern knives in a variety of sizes and shapes, please see our other listings.
There is some old sticker residue on the handle. Our guess is was the "Stainless Steel Molybdenum Alloy...better than ever" sticker that is present on a few of the other knives we have for sale.
Made in Solingen Germany with the maker's logo on handle.
