Incredibly rare Gustav Emil Ern 6" Boning Knife in immaculate and unused old stock condition still sheathed in the original red factory plastic sleeve.
These half tang stainless steel boning knives were manufactured in the late 1980's in Solingen Germany with a very limited number of knives imported to the United States.
The cutting edge is pristine and measures approximately 6", the overall length of the knife is just a hair over of 11".
We purchased a small mixed old stock lot of these Gustav Emil Ern knives in a variety of sizes and shapes, please see our other listings.
Made in Solingen Germany, makers logo on handle along with a "Stainless Steel Molybdenum Alloy...better than ever" sticker.
