Nice little traditional tole hand-painted black tray table. Tray is wood, not metal. Comes out like any other tray table. Stencil decoration along the edge; finer floral spray in the middle. Base is likely mid-century to 1980s; typical faux bamboo gilt-painted legs and stretchers; still sturdy and intact. I am not sure of the tray's age but it is probably much older. Some overall alligatoring to the finish on the tray.
Overall good condition on both pieces for the age.
