Beautiful intimate scene of Pablo Picasso surrounded by his partner, Jacqueline Roque, his eldest son Paulo, accompanied by his second wife Christine Pauplin and a couple of friends.

Silver print by Nice photographer Francis Bay, stamp lower right on the front, copy right, numbered 33 on the back.

Photo embellished with the autograph signature in black ink of Pablo Picasso.

Dimensions: 24 x 18 cm

Slight crease mark of 4cm at the top right, otherwise good condition.

The moment most likely takes place with Pablo Picasso in his villa "La Californie". At this time, he shared his life with his last partner, Jacqueline Roque, with whom he fell under the spell at
her ceramist Madoura in Vallauris in 1952. In 1961, the couple formalized their relationship by getting married on March 2, they left settle in the mountains, near Mougins, at the Notre-Dame-de-Vie
farmhouse which will be the final residence of the Spanish master. Paulo Picasso is Pablo's first son with his first wife Olga Khokhlova, a Russian ballet dancer. He divorced his first wife,
Emilienne Lotte, with whom he had 2 children, then married his second wife, Christine Pauplin, who gave him a third child, Bernard Picasso, born in 1959.
