Framed professionally with double matting covered with glass to protect the image. The Nickel Mines Community is a neighborhood that went through a tragedy October 2, 2006 at the West Nickel Mines Amish School. The artist Elsie Beiler created this watercolor to remember the good times in earlier years when she saw happy children playing outside. Doing this and selling her work also became a charity of her raising money for the community. See less
