The existing condition of this all original cabinet is already in very good condition with some minor fading and small blemishes. You can tell that this was very well kept by the prior owner - likely in a high end executive office. While it may not necessarily require refinishing, it would benefit to give the Rosewood a new lacquer for maintenance and longevity. The price includes refinishing of your choice of finish.

Cabinet features seven drawers and two doors concealing interior cabinet space with one sliding shelf and one adjustable shelf. Rosewood has beautiful and exotic grain.
