stamped on the underside Austria.
Highly Minimalist in design, elegantly simple in form, figurative yet abstract and perched on a natural wood specimen base.
Can be used in a contemporary modern setting or as Folk Art.

There is some mottling, unevenness of tone on the brass which actually gives it depth of color and may have been intentionally created by the artist. There are some very light scratches and abrasions on the darker patinated top (width) as shown in the photos. The sculpture attaches itself to its bottom with hidden pins which sit into the wood base. Some of the pins are missing, but it doesn't require them for stability and still rests very securely on the wood.
