A generously proportioned English Country cachepot crafted from hammered brass in a long oval form. The softly irregular surface is framed by a rope-twist rim and embellished with applied foliate ornament, giving the piece an architectural quality without feeling overly formal.
Raised on four cast paw feet, it sits beautifully above the surface of a dining table, garden-room console, or library cabinet. Its broad, shallow form is particularly well suited to orchids, low greenery, seasonal bulbs, or a row of smaller planted pots.
