The outer cover is a shimmering, pale gold and matte gold silk brocade in a floral and leafy vines pattern . The image size is 22.5" wide x 41.25" high. The scroll has a white cord makio and kakio at the top and mahogany jikusaki at the bottom. Circa Republic of China era, no later than mid century.
