The piece is built with faux-ceramic beads in an off-white marble color complimented with faux red Cinnabar elements and ornates with gilded coated resin-shaped beads. Angela Caputi has produced resin and Lucite jewelry collections since the 1980s in Florence, Italy. Some of her pieces are at the Metropolitan Museum in New York.
