This Porcelain company specialized in high end Chinese Export with the use of brass or bronze ormolu.

The jar has a cube-like shape with flowing pink flowers, most likely chrysanthemums which are commonly used in Chinese decorative ceramics symbolizing longevity, immortality and good luck. The solid brass ormolu detailing forms the base and the top of the jar with a removable lid. The handle is a twisted "faux bois" branch that can move freely.

PLEASE NOTE: The colors of the jar are reflecting a lot of light and in actuality the jar is slightly darker in color with a crackled gray background... just less intense than what the photos show.

EXCELLENT CONDITION. No chips, No cracks, No flaws of any kind. Just perfect. The ormolu has been lightly polished to a shiny brass patina with some darker aging.
