Otello De Maria is among the most representative figures of twentieth-century Vicenza painting and was a teacher for over fifty years at the Vicenza School of Arts and Crafts, simultaneously proving himself to be a sensitive artist and attentive to innovations.
The object is produced for the Ceramica Vicentina ICV industry. Bears the original stamp on the back of the plate. On the edge of the depiction, however, there is the writing "Giardini Salvi, Vicenza" and the artist's signature. The plate has a diameter of 34cm and a depth of 2.5cm.
A piece suitable for collectors and art ceramic enthusiasts, which combines the Italian artisan tradition with the celebration of an architectural icon.
