The hardware is all original and has been re-nickled silver. it is in great condition. You will not need to re do the hardware. It is beautiful. The wood however has not been restored again and needs to be re white lacquered and black outlined. Just to be frank and open it has cracked from the original restoration as it was not primed properly. It is Hollywood Regency style.It is from the 40's. Tres chic! This is so multi purposed for all kinds of uses. Elegant, timeless and classic. Great for a hallway, bedroom, bathroom and many other placements. It is Grosfeld House from the 40;s. WE WILL NOT BE RESTORING THIS CABINET WITH NEW LACQUER. Instead we will give you a great price so you can do it at your end. We are now loosing money on this.
