Rich and deep red tones with gold, blue and green hued tassels play nicely against a black Base background. As shown in the cover photo, when placed next to one another they form a diptych. So while they are display pedestals by design and made to hold and display Objets d'Artor maybe a lamp or .a houseplant. They can be used alone without anything on top as they are Objets d'Art on their own. They are unsigned and estimated to be created in 1the early 1990s most likely in the United States. See less
