Very rare table lamp from the Swiss manufacturer Temde based on a design by Eva Renée Nele from the early 1970s.
The most striking detail of this lamp can be found in the design of the lamp head. Curved metal strips surround the lamp and can be moved along a common axis. This fan-like opening of the slats allows the light emission to be controlled. In addition, this actually functional detail has an ornamental character and has a lasting impact on the lamp with its changing appearance. The lamp head appears in almost organic-looking shapes. The underside of the foot is covered with a textile material to protect the respective surface. The cable exits visibly from the back of the light.
It is in very good condition with signs of wear.
