"The Goodwill Ambassador Cannot Look Away." Contemporary Neo Expressionism
A stunning almost minimalist Neo-Expressionist piece from the Atlantic studio of Sax Berlin. Throughout the Summer of 2024 in increasingly unpredictable times Berlin has been creating sand paintings on the beaches of Cornwall in the far south west of England. Visitors would seek him out to discuss and comment on these works. This painting echoes the patterns he created in the sand and creates a permanent example of those pieces that were swept away by the tides.
Oil and acrylic on canvas
