UK Transit Route Signs were hand-screen printed on linen between the 1930s and 1980s. The pieces in our collection date to approximately the 1950s – 1960s and feature bus routes within London and throughout Britain. Signs are assembled onto wooden dowels painted matte black with a metal hanging bracket on top for easy hanging and casual display. Authentic British industrial graphic design.
