The handwoven fabric depicts curvaceous acanthus leaves, floral and avian imagery in shades of blue, green and gold. It is trimmed in navy tape. The carved frame is made of walnut and done in the traditional Baroque mutton/sheep bone form, which is well-patinated after three centuries and so inviting for reading or relaxation.
