They are a classic neutral and would go anywhere and have that timeless look. They have a glass/ceramic white body, with brass/metal neck and base. The brass is sort of burnished so it's muted, and the white ceramic/glass is sort of pearlized. Very classy. The silk shades rest on glass globes. They are very clean - no rips or stains. The finals are original. Note the label on the shades. Everything is original. These are heavy, substantial lamps. The only imperfection is a chip on one of the globes, which does not show with the shades on. The silk shades alone are worth $! See less
