This is a magnificent set of four Vintage McGuire - style "Cracked Ice" rattan and leather dining chairs.
The “Cracked ice” rattan dining chair was designed in 1968 by Elinor McGuire. Combined with elegant curved sides, straight legs, and delicate corner details. The oval back is rattan that wraps around a series of smaller rattan members that are bounded by ivory leather that creates the illusion of cracked ice or shattered glass. The seating is rattan , accompanied with loose removable upholstered abstract pattern fabric cushions. Unmarked.
