This is a simple sheep's horn snuff mull or box with a larger curl to the horn which fits the hand better. There are several inlay dots which add a decorative touch. Inside it has a cork stopper and a sticker from a previous dealer putting the date for this one at 1745 so I am going with that. Buy a few more of the snuff mulls in my shop to make an interesting grouping.
Size: 4" l,3"d, 1.25" h
Condition: There are a couple exterior issues with the horn which I am thinking are inherent to the piece.
