Beginning with a … Read more This 18th Century Chippendale Oxbow Chest of Drawers is a magnificent Georgian era example of Chippendale style. Beginning with a lovely oxbow front, this solid mahogany wood chest of drawers has a sinuous, serpintine curve facade and four deep drawers with dovetailed craftsmanship. The chest's mahogany is polished to a satin finish, and the drawers' brass hardware is a distinctive feature. Under the oxbow drawers, the chest is elevated on carved bracket feet with an angular shape, and the base has a slightly carved apron.
