The table … Read more Imposing 20th century country French farmhouse dining table made on a monumental scale measuring over 11 feet long. The table features a plank top crafted from oak timbers nearly 3 inches thick with a distinctive scalloped edge giving the table a whimsical rustic design. The large trestle features 4 inch thick square legs conjoined by a long stretcher having mortise and tenon joinery. The massive table is very heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The large top has a lovely aged patina with age cracks as seen in photos. The table measures 23 inches from the floor to the apron.
