the design for this very lamp is around 1959.
i assume, this is one of the very first bubble lamps helena tynell designed.
large colourless 'soap' bubbles arranged in a round shape sitting underneath a creme white cylinder with brass coloured metal rim.
fantastic mid-century design at it's best really.
