This classic flatware service is stamped on each piece with a pair of hallmarks: an "84" and a more symbolic icon of the foundry. The elegant box (which may not be original to the silverware) is stamped in gold lettering “Pavillon de Hanovre, Boulevard des Italiens 33, Paris”.
