We think it's from late 1800's to early 1900's. It's constructed of wood and metal hinges. It's partially pained in avocado green and the sides include the No.17 in yellow. Handles are also integrated to make it easy to carry.

We think this is a one-off box, constructed to perfection, in the way it collapses. It's solid wood and in good condition considering the age. We think the metal is iron.

The box came out of Pennsylvania. It's definitely one of our favorite finds to date and would make a wonderful accent and conversation piece.

Circa: Late 19th C. - Early 20th C.
Condition: Good and consistent with age. Operates as intended.
