The b10 is one of the more familiar designs that chapo made, and this particular piece still is in a very good fully original condition, despite elmwood is sensitive to discoloration or sun damage. There are no significant marks of usage. The wood is honey coloured and has a lovely grain. There are a lot of little woodworking details such as the invisible door handles. The beautiful, crafted corner connections are of course a trademark for the designs by chapo which he used in many of his designs. The shelves are adjustable, and the closed cabinet below features 3 folding doors with shelves behind. The work of chapo combines ancient woodworking skills and tradition with a contemporary approach. In designing his distinguished pieces, solid oak, elm, teak and ash were mainly used. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
