This striking set of six modular candle holders was designed by Fritz Nagel and Ceasar Stoffi for BMF (Bayerische Metallwarenfabrik) in West Germany during the 1970s. These sculptural pieces are fully interlocking—designed to be stacked, staggered, or connected in endless configurations.
A signature of mid-century modern and space-age design, BMF holders are highly collectible and equally functional. Each unit fits standard taper candles, but their architectural appeal holds strong even when unlit.
