Produced by getama and designed by danish design icon hans j. Wegner, the ge290 is part of wegner's most famous collections, featuring both armchairs and sofas. Known colloquially as the plank chair, it represents wegner's ongoing quest to create the ultimate relaxation chair. This ge290 is presumably from the 1960s and has been professionally reupholstered by the previous owner with soft green leather. It’s in almost perfect vintage condition, with a beautiful light patina on the solid oak frame. This piece has an attribution mark,
