This richly colored plate illustrates an elaborate Louis XV Rococo wall panel design featuring pastoral scenes, floral garlands, scrolling ornament, and architectural decoration inspired by 18th-century French interiors. Printed in Paris in the late 19th century and presented on heavy paper with a wide original margin. A beautiful decorative piece for traditional, French country, or grand-millennial interiors.
