Listing is for a vintage African gathering basket. I believe this is known as a Ukhamba basket and is incorporated into ceremonial use as well as practical uses. I’m not sure if it’s water tight.
This is a basket of substantial size, large enough to double as a bed for a small pet. I think it would work for well on a floor, hung on a wall, or table surface.
