Fiftieth Station: Minakuchi. In the title block: "Local Specialty: Dried Gourds". Around the small feudal town, peasants are busy cutting gourds into ribbons and drying them to prepare popular dishes. In the center, we see a messenger walking with his bundle hanging from a stick.

This reproduction print is not a woodblock reproduction, but offset, full-color print. Detailed.
Comes from a rare art folio published by Editions du Credit Lyonnais in Paris, France, in 1960. Printed in France, on one side of high quality heavy paper. Blank back, numbered on the back: LI.

Nearly excellent condition - minor edge wear, it was pinned in the past, two tiny holes very close to the top corners were smoothed and are barely visible, never framed. See less
