This piece dates to the 1980s. Its abstract, amorphous form is quite soothing.
It is mounted on a custom black acrylic plinth base that has curves that undulate with the silhouette of the sculpture.
There are two small bites on the smaller figure, please see photo.
The smaller piece of marble is able to spin around on the base-not sure if that was intended by the artist, but it’s a fun little feature.
