The softcovers are volumes 1 & 2 in the Simon & Schuster "Pocket Book" line and are dated 1980 & 1981, resp. The coffee table tome with jacket cover was published in 2008 by Bullfinch Press, Hachette Book Group a division of Little, Brown and Company.
