Absolutely exquisite multicolored butterfly jewelry trinket box. Hand woven with Thai Silk and the finest craftsmanship, this jewelry box has a soft gold background with muted emerald ivy, and butterflies in vibrant, shades of tangerine and magenta. This butterfly jewelry box may also be used as a Hope chest, trinket box or as a display piece. An incredibly beautiful piece!

Jewelry boxes crafted from Thai silk have been made for decades, the date of this box is not known, but the colors and pattern appear very similar to the ones my mother brought back from Thailand in the 60s.
