The watercolor is signed "Baber" lower right. Presumed location is Western North Carolina - it was removed from a damaged frame that had a dust cover stamped with an art/frame shop in Asheville NC (last photo). The watercolor measures 16"L x 12"H. It is in good condition with some foxing as photographed. The back of the painting which has the beginnings of another painting, has foxing from being against a cardboard backing. See less
