A handsome Louis XV style black lacquer painted wood table. Tooled crimson patinated leather top with gilt ormolu trim. Small gilt ornamentation pattern in the center as well as the corners of the leather. Graceful legs with gilt trim & bronze ormolu hooved feet.
No obvious markings on the piece.
In good condition. Some gentle wear consistent with age and use. Wear included on a top corner of the table (see image) and a spot on the patinated leather.
This table would make a great accent in any home. Perfect for use as a side table, end table, or for serving guests refreshments.
