This hand-signed and numbered piece showcases Matta's mastery in the surrealist style, bursting with vibrant colors and dynamic forms. Inspired by his interpretation of Don Quixote de la Mancha, Matta reimagines the adventures of this iconic character through a fantastical and surreal lens. The artist himself once said, "I identify with Don Quixote’s hallucinations, and my drawings are made from his point of view," a sentiment vividly reflected in this lithograph. This piece is not only a visual delight but also a profound exploration of imagination and perception. Perfect for collectors and admirers of surrealism. See less
