These were all the fashion of upper class individuals in the Victorian Era. No maker's mark, but comparable ones, which are few and far between, were made by Iron Grates & Fireplaces in New York City. This piece's raised print reads, "W D & A S. Nichols, No. 73 Hudson St NY,". Fun Fact: the building is now in what is known as Soho! It was built it 1910. This piece is rusty and wonderful. An interesting historical piece. measures 18" long x 4" wide x 1" deep. See less
