This is a very rare and unique vintage old vase.
It is in green tones with a shimmer like mother of pearl.
A beautiful gold pattern at the top of the vase, and gold elements along the sides and on the edge of the foot.
Designed by Josef Ekberg. Nordic design from Sweden.
Josef Alfred Ekberg (18 February 1877 – 7 December 1945) was a Swedish ceramicist and designer at Gustavsberg's porcelain factory.
Together with Gunnar Wennerberg, he developed a sgraffito technique that was shown at the World Exhibition in Paris in 1900.
Ekberg was appointed artistic director in 1908. He was succeeded as artistic director by Wilhelm Kåge in 1917. Ekberg continued to work at the factory until his death and worked mainly with refractory goods. At the bottom the diameter is 11 cm. At the top 7.5 cm. Marked at the bottom. This piece has an attribution mark,
