In this depiction, Venus stands with a long fabric draped loosely at her side as if drying off from a bath. The figure stands on a short, stone-like pedestal with a seashell at her feet. 'Italy' and an artist's signature are etched along the side edge, though the signature is difficult to distinguish. The statue has the weight, look, and smoothness of carved marble or alabaster, but it is made of resin.
