Beautiful glass pitcher with silver overlay. Would look fabulous on your bar cart to hold mixed cocktails. The silver is tarnished, but polishes easily if you choose. I left the patina because I like the contrast. The silver is thought to be sterling. There are scratches on the underside, shown in the photos and the piece has the number 470 etched on the bottom.
