Stunning and vibrant piece from Italy. The colours are rich and deep. Gorgeous to display a few blooms, but would make a beautiful addition to a shelf display with nothing in it. The floral pattern is scraped into the clay before glazing, adding extra depth. Signed by the artist on the bottom:
S.C. Castelli.
There are no chips, cracks or crazing detected, however the interior glaze is a showing wear, as seen in the photos.
