Condition Report*:

There appears to be water stains notable along the left and right edges; the edges of the paper have been lined with protective strips of paper; small tear to the lower center edge, as well as a notch of paper loss to the upper left corner; framed under acrylic. Framed dimensions 26 X 23.5 inches. Displays beautifully!
