Vintage pair of black stone vases. I believe they are made of highly polished soap stone. Lovely veining on one. Some fine scratches from age and use, shown in the photos. No chips or cracks detected. They are large enough to be used for multiple purposes. They could hold many things like pencils on your desk, a tea light or a short bouquet.
