Fabulous from every angle with tailored corner pleats and welting. One distinct feature is its modular configuration; two pieces can be used individually. This Donghia collection and fabric are no longer in production, making it more "specialty and found."

Italian-American designer Angelo Dongia founded Donghia in 1968. Educated at Parsons School of Design, he was a 70's disco era interior designer known for the way he infused high glamour in maximalist and minimalist interiors, with a line of luxury furnishings and textiles (to the trade.) He created iconic interiors for fashion designers and celebrities like Halston, Ralph Lauren, Liza Minnelli, Diana Ross, Neal Simon, Woody Allen, Mary Tyler Moore, Steve Martin, Barbara Walters and more. His sister Sherrie Donghia wrote in her book "DONGHIA The artistry of luxury and style - "as a son of a tailor, he built his practice on the principle that interior furnishings should be constructed with the same precision and quality of a fine custom-made suit."
