This set of chinoiserie bowls was made and hand painted in Nippon somewhere between 1921 and 1948. The set consists of a 9” octagonal bowl and six 5.25” individual bowls, also octagonal.
The hand painted design is a pagoda landscape and cherry blossoms in pastel colors.
The mark on the bottom of each signifies the Takita company.
