This is a very sturdy/heavy bed.
Made of iron/steel & Rhodesian Teak wood.
Shipped here from Zimbabwe.
There are 2 wooden side rails with brass end 'hooks' & a center strip also that slips into attached metal squares.
The top ball finials have a square base that slot into the posts.
There are 2 end rails that detach in the center.
These have wooden block ends that go down inside.
The top side rails are 2 separate iron rods that go through with attached screw rods & end bolts.
Slats included.
There are 20 solid curtain rings that must go on the sides, if wanted, as the end rods are welded.
The 4 wooden 'feet' are removable.
The mattress area is 56.5" x 80".
Headboard 46" H in the center.
Footboard 40.5".
The height at the side rail is 10.5".
